We had a truly memorable stay here. The location right along the river front was absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to the most magnificent view of the Mosel River. The spacious and clean rooms provided the perfect escape after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also loved the spa area, which was beautifully designed and offered a range of relaxing treatments. The pool may not be Olympic-sized, but it was still a great place to unwind. our experience at this hotel was nothing short of luxurious.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone.

The owner/innkeeper was wonderful and the staff was attentive and accomidating. We staeyed in the suite on the top floor, well worth the extra euros.
pillows were so soft I did not get any neck support... nothing other than my own choice in pillows

The staff was charming and attentive, especially Josh in the Bar who had a great knowledge of Whiskies and beers. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the pool was just the right temperature. the location was great, with easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The view was fine, and the breakfast was lavish.

This is a fantastic hotel for a short break. Not only is it very beautiful and totally spotless but the facilities are great. I swam and used the relaxation room late at night and early in the morning. The breakfast was marvellous both in quality and the ambience of the dining room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was very attractively decorated and had a fabulous bathroom. Traben Trarbach is also a pretty and relaxing town. The walk up to the ruined castle (and a beer at the top in the small restaurant) is well worth it. I will definitely stay again.
The only thing that I found was that the mattress in my room was a little hard for me.

Spent an awesome new year at this hotel. Loved the sparkling wine offered during breakfast and the amazing wellness center with a great panoramic view. Also, the key location right in front of the river and close to the city center was very convenient to enjoy the new year celebrations.
The spiral stairs in the junior suite were a bit difficult to manage with luggage and could be challenging for elderly people. Additionally, the bathroom did not have any blinds on the windows, so it was a bit tricky to change clothes when heading upstairs.

Everything was wonderful! We spent the weekend there to celebrate my husband's birthday and absolutely loved it. The staff was super friendly, always smiling and happy to help. We had a 3 course lunch which was fabulous with a recommended local white wine. The spa area with pool, tepidarium, steam bath, sauna and relaxation room where outstanding and allowed us to take a well deserved break from everyday stress. Lastly, the breakfast, which is included in the price, was superb, including everything you can think of.

For years, my wife wanted to stay at this hotel and you came up trumps. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked in and our room in the turret was magical, with a balcony off the bathroom. The setting was perfect, right on the river and there was nothing to complain about. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled down the Mosel, stopping for refreshments along the way. Unfortunately, we could only stay 2 nights as we were on our way to visit friends in Frankfurt. Next time it will be for longer. A truly romantic hotel, perfect in every way. Thank you.
Nothing at all

The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, especially Josh in the Bar. The hotel's Belle Epoque building was beautiful and the spa area offered lovely views. The restaurant served delicious food. Our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the free outdoor car park was a bonus. Conveniently located near boat trips.
Nothing all excellent.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel right on the Mosel. The interior is stunning, the balcony and view were exceptional. Our room was absolutely beautiful. The quality of the food was very good, the staff were very helpful and attentive.
There was a surprising disorganised feeling at times, for example booking dinner. We were asked if we wished dinner, then told the dining room was fully booked, and no possibility of a cancellation. Just as we were leaving to go out for dinner we asked the head waiter and this time were told there was no problem, and in fact the dining room was, and remained, half empty. The meal was very good, the waitress was very attentive but the main course was very slow to arrive. Nonetheless, an exceptional hotel and we enjoyed our stay

The location was great, right by the river and with easy access to the town center. the spa facilities were also nice, with saunas and a heated pool. the hotel was decorated for Christmas which made it feel cozy and festive.
The room was very small and cramped, with no space to move around comfortably. the heating system was not working properly, so we were constantly either too hot or too cold.
